AOL unveiled a new look in October 2004. In April 2006, the America Online name was fully retired.

A short-lived logo was introduced on January 3, 2009, but was used for 11 months.

2009–present[]

On December 10, 2009, subsequently following its spinoff from Time Warner, AOL was relaunched as Aol. On Aol's homepage, the logo is presented in white with a picture for a background that changes every time the page is refreshed.

This logo won 1st in the 2009 Brand New Awards.
